Our Process

If you are like most people, you might not know what to expect when visiting an auto body shop. To top things off, you might be concerned or even nervous for a number of reasons: 

  • You are still in shock over what happened to your car;

  • You don’t know how extensive the damage is to your car;

  • You don’t know what your insurance will cover or how best to work with them;

  • You don’t know how long it will take for the repairs;

  • You don’t know how your car will be after the repairs.

We completely understand these concerns, which is why we do our best to make things as easy for you as possible.

Here is our typical process:

  1. We review and provide an estimate
    You contact us to set up an appointment to review the needs of your car and insurance. We can sometimes come to you or tow your car to us, but if your car is safe to drive you can visit us in Eagle (256 Marmot Ln, Eagle, CO 81631). We then provide a preliminary estimate based on what we can see. In some cases, there is damage we cannot see until we are able to take a deeper look, but our experience and expertise helps us to do a great job with our estimates. At this time, we will reach out to your insurance company to discuss what’s needed for your car.

  2. We repair the car body, paint and polish
    Once all of the expectations are set, we are ready to move forward with repairing your car! Our industry-certified technicians will remove all parts that require replacement or repair and take a closer look at all the surrounding areas. We do this because we want to make sure that we are able to inspect and test everything that might have been affected. The painting and polish process starts with our expert painters utilizing computer technology to find the exact color match based on manufacturer codes. We then prepare the surface and apply the fresh paint so that it looks seamless with the rest of your car. After a good polish, we are ready to move to the next step.

  3. We reassemble, clean, and QA
    It’s always satisfying to see the car reassembled, cleaned and ready for quality assurance. During our final quality control check, we verify that all authorized repair work is completed and that our work meets our standard of excellence. It’s at this time, after we’ve worked our magic to help your car look and feel like it did before, we frequently notice that the car looks and feels like new!

  4. You drive away worry free
    Once all of our steps are complete, we will contact you to schedule a final inspection, complete the remaining paperwork, and hand back your keys. As you take your keys and drive away, you will be relieved that you took your car to the right place and feel secure with your written warranty in hand.
